Writing

Although I have always been interested in writing, early on my skills left much to be desired; English was not my best subject. It wasn't until after I began my studies in philosophy that I began to develop confidence in my writing. My work with Burning Bush Publications improved my skills, as did writing book reviews for the Science Fiction Research Association. Later at Hewlett-Packard I did training development and some technical writing and editing. I also read manuscripts for several authors, including that for Dune: The Butlerian Jihad by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.

Over the last few years I've done some freelance writing for several web publications and have sold work to Amphora, published by the Alcuin Society in Vancouver, B.C..
